MONDRAGON consists of four main Areas: FINANCE, INDUSTRY, DISTRIBUTION and KNOWLEDGE which operate independently within the framework of the same overall strategy, coordinated by the Corporate Centre

FINANCE AREA

This includes the banking businesses of CAJA LABORAL and activities linked to LAGUN-ARO : Social Welfare Entity of the MONDRAGÓN Cooperatives and Insurance.

INDUSTRY AREA

This consists of 12 Divisions engaged in industrial production and the rendering of services (see Organisational Structure). URSSA belongs to the CONSTRUCTION Division.

DISTRIBUTION AREA

This group brings together the retail distribution businesses and agrofoods activities.

KNOWLEDGE AREA

This includes the Research Centres, the Education and Training Centres and the MONDRAGÓN University with more than 4,000 students.
