URSSA, S. COOP. is integrated in the Cooperative Corporation “MONDRAGÓN CORPORATION”.

MONDRAGÓN consists of 246 Enterprises and Entities which operate autonomously and independently of each other according to a joint strategy, coordinated by the Corporate Centre. All of them involved in the creation of greater social wealth through Customer satisfaction, job creation, technological and business development, continuous Improvement, the promotion of the education and respect for the environment.

MONDRAGÓN’s business is organised into four sectors : Financial, Industrial, Distribution and Knowledge.

THE FINANCIAL AREA includes the businesses of Banking, Social Welfare and Insurance.

THE INDUSTRIAL AREA is composed of 12 Divisions dedicated to the production of goods and the rendering of services (see the Organizational Structure). URSSA is integrated in the CONSTRUCTION Division.

THE DISTRIBUTION AREA encompasses the businesses of retail distribution and Agricultural – Food activities.

THE KNOWLEDGE AREA is catered for by Research Centres, the Mondragón University and several Occupational Training Centres and Schools with 12.000 students.
